Comments: Dr van flandern just did my third revision of my left hip. He is an amazing surgeon who is both incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate at the same time. He happened to be off for the weekend after he did my surgery but he called me at the hospital every morning to check in with me. I am very grateful that I have him as my dr. He explained that my case is very complex but he was willing to tackle it as long as I understood that it was going to be a long and painful road.
